Refund Policy

At OddLooop, every product is made specifically for you once an order is placed. Since our products are print-on-demand, we currently follow a strict no-return policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons including:

Change of mind
Wrong size selection
Fit preferences
Ordering by mistake
Incorrect color selection
Personal style preferences

All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

Size Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges at this time.

Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing. Product measurements are provided on each product page to help you select the correct size.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Replacements are only applicable in cases where:

The product arrives damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
You receive the wrong item
The product significantly differs from the approved design

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
An unboxing video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

The product is confirmed to be damaged or defective and a replacement is not possible
The wrong item was delivered and a replacement cannot be provided
The order is cancelled before production begins

Refunds are not provided for size-related issues, color selection errors, or changes of mind.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
